This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through Gemini Music. It applies to subscription plans, subscription renewals, and one-time credit packs purchased through our website.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
You may request a refund at any time. Refunds are calculated proportionally according to the unused portion of the purchased service.
If part of a purchase has already been used, we will deduct the value of used credits, paid features, or fulfilled services. The remaining unused value may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider rules and applicable law.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals and may request a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.
The refundable amount may be based on unused credits, unused paid features, or the remaining unused portion of the billing period, depending on the plan.
You may request a refund for a one-time credit pack. The amount is calculated from the unused credits remaining from that purchase. Credits already used for successful generations or other paid actions are deducted.
When a generation fails because of a confirmed service or provider error, Gemini Music may automatically return the credits used for that request.
If a persistent technical issue prevents use of a paid service and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable period, you may request a proportional refund. We may ask for screenshots, error messages, task identifiers, or other information needed to verify the issue.
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or a charge was unauthorized. After verification, eligible charges will be refunded to the original payment method.

We normally acknowledge requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take approximately 5-10 business days to display the funds.
Payments and refunds may be handled by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record. Their processing timelines and legally required procedures may also apply.
